Seventy nine pounds of Redhaven peaches from the garden one tree were processed into 40 liters of pressure canned juice.The peaches were lightly washed, the pits removed, fruit was coverde in water and and cooked until soft. The peaches were beat into a slurry and strained in a 2 mm mesh food mill. There is little gross fiber in peaches. Pressure canning was 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage at room temperature.
