Six vegetabls from the garden were transformed into 14 liters of Pressure Canned Juice. Pressure was 15 PSI for 15 minutes. Three stages were presented in the photos, Making slurry, straining slurry, then pressure canning. The tops were used from the beets,carrots,and turnips. It was ascertained they have nutrients.
