What's eating our pepper plant!

We cannot figure out what is eating this trinidad scorpion pepper plant, it's in a box and next to several other plants buy nothing else is effected. Under the box I've founder pill bugs, 1-2 pincher bugs and these centipede looking bugs. I don't want to spray chemicals...but I don't want them to kill our plant. Any advice and/or insight would be appreciated!
