Pea Tower Benefit?

Do most pea plants benefit from a trellis, pea tower? Thinking of getting a pea tower to avoid using a ton ground space, if possible. So far I have knightly peas.

I've never had much luck with pole beans, I stick with my bush beans, would like to hear more about your bean tower.

Peas love to climb, they NEED to climb. So your pea tower should be great. Just make sure you can get at all sides of it for harvesting. I just use sticks in the ground and string cris-crossed between, but a tower sounds nice.
