That isn't a ladybug nor was it eating powdery mildew. It is called a Varied Carpet Beetle and they eat rugs and carpets mainly, IMO

Thanks Chuck, but I only see them on the sun flower leaves with powdery mildew. From the google image. Varied Carpet Beetle looks bigger than the fungus eating ladybird

I use microscope to take a few pictures.

I think they are similar to Fungus-eating Ladybird. Only the color is a little bit off.
