Hi All! Could you please help me in identifying this small tree which I inherited when I moved to my new house? I guess it’s around 3m in height if that helps!

Oleander maybe!

So close Jasper, it's a Yellow Oleander Thevetia peruviana. Just as toxic as oleander with yellow or apricot colored flowers. It tends to be a little more tree-like and open.
Enjoy the color Siobhan, as long as nobody eats any part the plant is not a problem for poisoning(it probably doesn't taste good enough that anyone would eat enough to get sick).
