I'm curious to know when I can harvest Hibiscus calyx for using in tea. Right now I have many buds but they have not bloomed yet. Can I harvest the buds now or do the flowers need to bloom and fall off first?

After wilting flowers, begin to grow rapidly perianths and become juicy. At this time, it is necessary to manually collect. If you miss the time, the boll dry and will open, and the flower becomes unusable for the manufacture of Hibiscus.
