I found an easy yeast dough recipe, makes just enough to form out for the size of a 12X12 caste iron skillet. Put slices of garden tomatoes about it, black olives, fresh basil, Mozz cheese, drizzled olive oil. and baked it. turned out nice. this particular dough recipe has an egg in it, so that was interesting. turned out good.

Yeast breads of all kinds are my favorite. Especially the old school types.
