Besides all of you, and maybe a little bit of wine, I get quite a bit of my inspiration from Missouri Botanical Gardens, as everything grown here can be grown in my own backyard. Is this not an amazing world we live in?

Where do you get your gardening inspiration?

Nature.

Nature's garden is the best garden, the most important garden. So if I can add even a handful of native plants to my yard, it'll benefit many insects and animals.

Trees, shrubs, flowers, ferns... I eventually want nearly every plant in my yard to be native to my area.

Food and tinker toys.

I grow mostly hot peppers to make sauces and jellies and breads and.. to give to my family and friends.

I loved tinker toys and still like to tinker.

Using tinker toys to grow peppers is so whimsical, I love your playfulness.

Nature here, too. We are surrounded by farmland, which means habitats are completely wiped clean. I strive to bring it back the best I can. And yes, wine helps. Hahaha. I have a passion for outdoors and hard work, too. Nothing makes me happier.
