I planted my tomatoes a couple of weeks ago from purchased plants. I planted them deeply so only the tops were showing and pinched off any flowers I saw. It's been a couple weeks now and they've grown about a foot and some have put on flowers again. Should I keep pinching the flowers off until they reach a certain height? Or should I let the flowers be? All my tomatoes are indeterminate.

Every time you pinch of a flower you are pinching off a possible tomato. Tomatoes will drop enough flowers by themselves and you want every one you can get. Do not ever remove tomato flowers

Leave the developing flowers--the ones you pinched off just after planting would have made settling in difficult for the plant. Now that they are settled in, you can let the flowers alone and hope for tomatoes!
