Hi,
I got these seed packets shipped from the Netherlands to my country, but I don't know what the figures in the black circles mean.
Can someone please explain them to me? I have looked for it online, but most of the seed packets I find have the explanation written out, instead of these symbols!
Please help!

First one is when to sow.
Second one no idea.
Third one is the distance apart for t final planting.
Last one is when to harvest.

Could the second be days to germination?
Owdboggy, I am impressed with your interpretation of those symbols!
