Quince

Our quince tree is shedding a lot of fruit, probably brought down by very heavy rain, but of course the fruit is not ripe - how can I still use it?

Welcome to the forum @Karin. I don`t think you`ll want to use it before it ripens - it won`t taste too nice, but if you ripen the fruit at room temperature for a week or two it should be fine.
