Planting i woven pots

Has anyone planted a[ non water plant] in a woven bag in the rocks and watered with drip irrigation? I have a pond with more rocks then dirt and would like to try planting in them.

I don't think I understand your question. Do you mean that the bag will be full of soil and you will water this soil with drip irrigation? If so then yes. It makes no difference where you place the bag but, what happens in a heavy rain when the pond fills up?
