Although hogweed grows here in Scotland, I think cow parsnip likes dry sandy condtion. My little patch has underlying boulder clay with poor drainage.If its not hogweed then its probably eltrot according to plantnet. I've never heard of eltrot. Well it looks like eltrot is also a type of hogweed or cow parsnip.
