Pests attacks on adenium

Hello folks
I have few 3 years old adeniums . For last 2 years i have on going fight with pests. They are tiny white butterfly. They usually place their eggs behind the fresh leaves . Sometimes i clean up all the leaves, but after few weeks they appear again.
Can anyone help me to get rid of them ?

Spray the undersides of all the leaves with Neem Oil. This will kill the eggs and any adults that come in contact.
