Overhead watering for growout area.

I've got a lot of potted plants that need to grow out a bit before they are ready for transplanting. Since I'm not able to reliably hand water those, I've got a crazy job with unstable hours, I needed a better method. Gentle overhead watering is best for these plants too. So here's what I came up with:
