Yes, Becky. It's not that it isn't working, it just doesn't revert back to what I was originally typing. I am guessing the draft saving feature is overriding it. If I am typing something and it gets messed up somehow (stupid touchpad) I can refresh the page and get back to the most recent saved version, but if I hit Ctrl+Z I may be out of luck.

Oops, sorry about the smiley error folks! Been away for a couple of days, I shall peer into the server and see what the tech imps have been up to...

I've upgraded XenForo to 1.2.1 which should hopefully fix this problem - thanks for the heads up guys :).

Let me know if this doesn't fix it and I'll delve deeper. If you have a screenshot of the error message that pops up it would help me greatly .

Sorry for the slow reply Zigs, I'll take a look at it now :). Thanks for posting the error.

Does it happen in a popup when you click the smilies button? If you (or anyone else) can get a screenshot of this then I can send it in to the forums developers and see if they know what it could be.

It is in a red & black pop up, but i've forgotten how to do a screen shot, something to do with fn + prt sc I think?

Thanks Zigs. I've spoken to the developers and they said that if you can provide the operating system details (i.e. Windows 7) and the browser you are using, they can try to reproduce it.

If you press "Prt Scr" on the keyboard it will save a screenshot to the clipboard, which you can then paste into something like paint and save as an image. Or, if you have Vista/7/8. you can use the "snipping tool" by searching for that on the start menu - it lets you draw a box on the screen to save it as an image.

Ta, i've worked out the snipping tool, will grab it if it comes up again, although there was no error reference number on it.

I'm using Windows 7.

I was downloading something at the time, don't know if that would affect it?

Cheers Zigs, if you can give that tool a whirl if it happens again and I'll pass it on :).

Haha, I had to double take at that downloads gif you posted :D
