The leaves on two of my Avacado trees are turning brown and crisp on the edges. Noticing this more at the bottom vs. The top.

Also, I am seeing new growth on both. Any guidance on what might be causing this and how we can fix it will be greatly appreciated.

At first glance I would say salt contamination in the soil. Avocados are very sensitive to mineral salts. What are your fertilizing with? Also chlorine in the water can cause this if it builds up over time. And not watering enough causes leaf tip burn and your picture shows a container that is much too dry as the soil is receding from the edge of the pot.
