A Mistery...

Will someone please tell me the name of this plant. I never know if it requires water or not. I purchased it last December, 2018, in Korea (no name identified--no one spoke English). At the time of purchase it had one lovely bloom which lasted until the latter part of March, 2019. It appears to be a very hardy plant, but not knowing what it is makes me wonder if it's getting the proper care. Any assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Agree! Hoya - needs heat and sun! Mine has been like sulking for a long time. It has very fragrant flowers - for which I'm still pining!
