My four hot pepper plants are starting to produce. I dry the pods in the greenhouse and when dry beat as small as possible in the blender. They are stored in a jar in the cupboard. I just used up some from three years ago and they were still as hot as when processed. I get about a liter from the four plants. They are very hot.

Bought them as seedlings as Hot Peppers so don't know the type, but they take my head off.

They do look like they would be very hot! I can take mild spicy but anything too hot would just wipe out my taste and appetizing.

They look good! I can't wait for my plants to set fruit. This has been a really strange gardening season for me, but hey, my plants are still standing.
