Seven liters of gooseberry juice was made from two bushes. About one pound of berries per liter of water. The juice is sweet and pleasant to drink. It was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage.Annotated pictures depict the process.

Okay, I am going to try some goose fruit. I have eaten this earlier and the taste was not good although it is the best source of vitamin C. So to get rid of the taste I usually take Amla Juice and believe me the taste is great and the goodness of goose fruit is 100% in it.
