Worms attacking Kale

How do I get rid of these worms that are eating away my Kale leaves?

The best thing for worms is a Bt (Bacillus thuringensis) based product and second is a spinosad product. I don't know if you have them in Belgium or not

If you have a mild insecticide, you can spray the area near the kale (but not directly). If you don't have insecticide then you can mix 2 tablespoon of liquid dish washing soap in a liter of water and you can spray that, again, not directly to the kale but only in the area around it. That is the problem with leafy vegetables, they are delicate and it is not good to spray them with pesticides.
