Do I have a pest problem?

Looks like aphids from the best I can tell, maybe some white flies. 1 tbsp/gal of Dawn Ultra dish detergent should take care of them. Spray again in a week or two.

Thanks. We don't have Dawn Ultra in Norway, but I can just use another standard dish detergent, right?

Hi I'm growing two superpetunias "Beautical" in pots on a terrace beneath a balcony. I noticed they have some small black grains on stems, and leaves seem to be eaten by somethng (see photos). The weather was quite rainy and cloudy, so they didn't get much sun recently. What should I do? Thanks
