So last year I got an invasion of white flies on my broccoli, this year, after neem oil took care of the white flies I have these bugs everywhere on the broccoli. They kinda almost look like lady bugs, but HUGE.

What are they and how do I get rid of them without ruining the broccoli- ideally in an organic fashion if at all possible.

Those are Harlequin bugs. They are the garbage men of the insect world. Your brocolli is done. It is flowering and the heads are no longer edible. The plants have done their thing and now natures cleanup begins. Harlequin bugs are sometimes harmful but in your case not at all. Pull up the plants and put them into your compost pile and the bugs will disappear.
