State Flower?

.....could this cone flower be the Missouri state flower? .....It seems invasive, popping up all over the state and in the most inconvenient of places

This is ours (not my photo). Especially now that Foxconn is moving in. Constant roadwork to make sure roads can handle the additional traffic and the expected population boom.
