Plant identification

I don’t know how to add pictures but I have a small grass with green and bluey grass bits it’s rather bushy and whispy and has like little wheat esk husks growing, anyone know what it could be?

It’s a Blue Fescue. There are several different ones available. It could be Elk Blue.
