So recently I got into house plants. YouTube video after YouTube video showing up in my feed got to me I guess.

Anyway one of the plants that caught my attention was the silver dragon. I was looking at my moms plants and noticed she had one.

I remembered some of the videos I watched mentioning corms poking through the soil. After some investigation I found these little guys poking through the soil of my moms plant.

I’m just asking for confirmation that they are indeed corms, and I didn’t just butcher some new stems.

Thanks for the post friend. Yes, you have a corm that's waiting to be planted. When you first see the sprout of a corm break out of the soil it's called a pup.

Propagation through Corms
Carefully remove Alocasia Silver Dragon from its pot and locate the corms. These are short; swollen underground plant stems that resemble bulbs and are found around the plant's roots. Take care not to damage any roots while removing the corms from the soil. Google
