Alarming but not shocking, sadly. Here where I am you can have dogs that bark endlessly and cats that are aloud to roam around pissing and crapping in other people's gardens and killing birds that go to people's bird feeders but you are not allowed to have any chickens, not even one. You can have giant squawking parrots but not a chicken lol. Poisonous spiders and man eating snakes are allowed but a chicken is far too dangerous lmao.
