I believe it’s tall mondo grass .
it grows well for me , I have patches of it all over My garden

Thank you DrCase, I looked that up, and it is indeed a plant I know as Ophiopogon planescapus aka ''Lily turf'' I haven`t seen the green version before. The one I know is black and looks great if underplanted with miniature daffodils. Has yours flowered ?

i never noticed it flowering , I bet the black grass looks good
