Texas full sun??

Hello!
Looking to plant 4-5 rose shrubs near windows of my home. I’m in zone 8, full sun all day. I’m look for roses that are more pest resistant, if possible. Everyone has knock out roses and was hoping for something different.
Any advice?

It is really difficult to advise something like this from another country, and I imagine you would be better off talking with someone from your area. The other suggestion I have would be to have a jolly good look around your neighbourhood to see what does well in their gardens. Most good gardeners are only too happy to give advice

You might want to post this into the "Roses" sub-forum. Many folks are either vegetable or flower gardeners so the flower gardeners may not look into this sub-forum.
