Hi! I rescued this Clematis Armandii Apple Blossom from a garden centre and I would love some help identifying what might be wrong with it (is it Clematis wilt?) and how I might help it get better indoors to plant it outside in about 4 weeks.

The soil is very moist, it's in a 2lt pot and it has new growth as you can see in the pictures. Thank you!

Welcome to the forums @martinaacosta16 . Although I'm not absolutely positive, I think that may well be Clematis wilt. If it was my rescue, I would cut the whole plant back to the lowest growing bud, totally dispose of all the top in the dustbin wrapped in plastic (it will spread otherwise to any other clematis plants you have.
The root will not be affected, and this is a very tough hardy plant to grow.
Plant the root deeply into the ground - clematis like to have their roots well down and shaded. Stake it to mark where it is, and wait.
A word of caution here, sterilise your secateurs after cutting it, and the pot, gloves, hands, and anything else that touched it. Better safe than sorry.
Good luck!
