Hi,
The mustard greens are starting to come up from direct sowing into the raised beds. Temps going to drop to around 25F sat night into Sunday morning. Will they survive or no? How about trying to cover it with something?

Mustard Greens (Brassica juncea, or similar) can take light frosts, but going down to 25º F is not that light. They might be fine, but if you could cover them with frost cloth or some other type of shelter, they would be more securely protected. Be sure to remove any covering early the following morning after dawn
