Maintaining fern

I just planted a fern (cyathea cooperi). Can I maintain it at this size or will it grow much bigger? The position receives morning sun and afternoon shade.

It will get MUCH bigger and you can't cut it back to keep it small. It's a tree fern.

The garden is only small and there is a big tree behind the fence in the neighbours property. What is the max height it will get in current conditions?

And would it be best to keep it or take out? I would love to keep it as it's a very attractive looking plant but if it gets any bigger than 2m it will probably have to go.

It would be good for 8-10 years, unless they grow faster closer to "home". Max height is around 30' ~10 meters.
