I briefly kept potted holly tree inside before I could replant it to outside pot. And it decided that spring started and gave flowers. Can I still get it outside or it will die?

Holly is extra tough, but it would be a good idea to move it to a sheltered outside place, in its pot and wait until the ground is not frozen before you think of planting it out. As soon as the freeze is over, this can go into the ground, and even if it freezes again it will recover and do well. This is the same rule for bulbs - they can be planted as long as the ground is not frozen at the time.
It would be better for now out in a porch or similar cool place.
