You can get some Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer For Lawns to kill them. However, when you use that stuff you kill everything in the soil including microbes too. I would not worry too much unless they are killing the whole lawn.

The best way is prevention...when using a deep-rooted cover crop like fescue and/or alfalfa grubs just aren't a problem.

However, if you have an infestation, you can apply a mix of 2 tablespoons of fresh Neem, 2 teaspoons of liquid soap in 1 gallon of water,
