Can butternut squash survive a few hours of near freezing?

According to my weather app, the temperature is going to drop to 33 Fahrenheit on the night of October, Friday the 13th. My butternut squash still have, barely visible, green strips. Of course the temperature could drop below freezing, if only for a few hours. Should I harvest the squash, or see if they can survive the brief cold snap?
