Yes, a lovely peony, as MaryMary points out. 2nd one can't see very well.

I think it could be a philadelphus or Mock Orange. Has it got a beautiful scent? Or a heady scent? But I could be very wrong. What an asset to have in a garden! I used to have a double one and I killed it. Can't even remember why I did it.
