Why is my Montesra leaf turning black and dry? I have it indoor and water it once a week the soil is not too moist and it is on the dry side, what am I doing wrong. It does not have bright indirect sunlight.

Is the spotting on just one leaf? Is it an older or newer leaf? Black spotting on Monstera deliciosa can have several causes. To avoid it double-check the plant's cultural requirements. As a houseplant. it will want bright indirect light, regular water with good drainage, and occasianal appilcation of a complete general-purpose fertilizer. It will also benefit from additional humidity, though this can be a challenge in a dry, air-conditioned interior.
