Why are some of my tomato leaves turning yellow?

Hi - I am mostly new to gardening, and a couple of weeks ago I planted 4 cherry tomato plants. I've been reading on how to water properly with this heavy clay (mixed with compost), and I recently gave the garden a long watering with the sprinkler 3-4 hrs. or so. They got an inch of rain a few days ago, but I'd read you should give new plants a lot of water. The day after the watering, one plant has a set of leaves that is turning yellow. Am I watering too much or is it something else? The bed is mulched with leaves.

Nothing to worry about. The rest of the plant looks great. That particular limb was damage by, most likely, a slug some time ago. Pinch that limb off and the one directly across from it to help in avoiding fungal problems caused by splashing water.
