Thank youHello @Bert , you won`t be able to clean that off, it is downy mildew and quite common on lupins. It is because the weather has been hot, and there hasn`t been enough rain.
As a tip, try to water the plants on the ground without splashing onto the leaves, and always when the sun isn`t on them.
