Which plant is this ?

Just bought a pretty flowering plant from a nearby store.
I need to know the name of the plant and its water requirements.
Also the soil composition to re pot the plant and which is the
flowering season for this plant.

I just like to grow plants. But in conditions of prolonged winter it is a houseplant. Once a week, flower growers gather for the sale and exchange of different plants, simple and exotic. Even if I do not want to, I will remember.
