Whats wrong with my lavender?

Hi everyone!

I’m not sure if this is the correct forum to post, but I thought I would try. We planted some English Lavender about a month ago in our yard. Some of the plants look fine, but a few of them aren’t looking great. I can’t tell if it’s from over or underwatering or something else. They all receive more then 6 hours of sun. I appreciate any thoughts. I have always wanted lavender in my garden, so I’d like to do whatever I can. Thank you!

Lavender does not like wet soil. IMO you are watering too often and the soil at the root zone stays too wet.

I agree with Chuck, but it also looks a bit 'leggy'. cut it back hard when it has finished flowering, that gives it time to put on a bit of growth before winter and keeps it bushy.
