What an unusual rose! Does it start pink and then turn more white as it opens? Or does the pink come in after the fact? I need to get out in the morning and prune all of mine and give them a good shaping up.

Got a new ceanothus (variety is trewithan blue):

Lots of mushrooms in the garden at the moment!

Took this yesterday:

The tub on the bottom left has squash, cucumber, and chives; the one to the right of it has creole tomatoes, basil, marigold, and petunia. Just above the cucumber on the left is comfrey; the container to the right of that has a husky cherry tomato, basil, and petunia. At the top left is yellow pear tomato, roma, marigold, eggplant, and basil. To the right of that is eggplant, tarragon, and petunia. That pink container way in the background is the arctic kiwi.

Why do you grow so much in pots and tubs please Chanell? Is it just preference or soil issues etc.?

Just googled ceanothus and it does have a pretty flower. Will look forward to seeing that Becky.
