Not much around at the moment but here's a few

Red cabbages and cauliflower.

My Napa cabbage didn't heart up, started to flower so I grabbed it already for kimchi.

Jew's Ear Fungus.

So called because it grows on Elder trees which Judas supposedly hung himself from, and nothing to do with the Labour party

Brassicas are champs, especially cauliflower. Red cabbage soon plus my avatar veggie, romanesco.
