Some of my plants' leaves are being eaten by something. These young plants have tolerated some hot, humid weather and some are not surviving, so I put some in the shade. But I noticed too that there is something eating the plants, even some baby pepper plants I grew by seed. Here are some photos. What can I do to help them survive? PS I am positioning them away from one another today, to avoid contamination. PS. the spider plant, which I had indoors looks terrible because of my cat, who was abed to reach for it on its stand and was chewing on the leaves.

Bugs eat plants but if you give them the right conditions they'll out grow the bugs

Nothing unusual I see about that damage. The plants are fine.
