I have been searching for a while to find out what this? It is slowly taking over my yard. It seems to get real green in spring. The dies in the summer and has tiny stickers. Anyone know? Thanks in advance. I am in Texas

Aarron, it looks like "beggar burrs", which we have a plethora of here in central Texas. The name "beggar burrs" is a localized nomenclature and I have no idea what the botanical name is.
Getting rid of it is most easily just pulling it--hoping to get the roots, but if not, it will die out with the heat of late spring and early summer.
