What kind of plant is this?

This was given to me by a co-worker. Not sure what it is or how to care for it.

Looks like a Kalanchoe. It likes bright light, well-drained soil, and warm temps. It also does best in a clay pot, and being a succulent, sparingly watered. They do not tolerate cold at all.
