It looks like a variety of passionflower vine. Which variety I don't know. That's my guess based on the flower.
I agree and it needs feeding. Your flowers and fruits should be much bigger.

It might be a passionfruit. They have funny flowers and create fruit.

Just to be clear Passionfruit and Passionflower are just different names for the same plant/vine family.
It spread over from my neighbours lol! How should I take care of it?
They spread from underground and if you like it, it's in your yard, so you own it now you can do as you like with it !!

Just so you know: Passionfruit vines can be notoriously invasive. Personally, I love the fruit. Only some specific types produce edible fruit. Your neighbors' plant may be one where the fruit is not edible. OR you may have some lovely, delicious fruit ripening soon. BUT ----- the cool thing about Passionfruit vines is that they are host plants for some very pretty butterflies.
