What is this ?

Hi. Any idea if this white insect is beneficial or not ? Saw it sitting on my turnip leaves.
And any idea what is those other things that look like eggs ? I saw that in the ground around the turnips as well

That looks like a white ladybird - they come in all sorts of colours. They are all very beneficial in the garden, and gobble up aphids for you....
The last two pics appear to show seeds still in their cases - have a look around to see where they may be falling from.
