What is this weed?

This just popped up in the eggplant bed. I've never seen it before but there's a lot I haven't seen. I'd appreciate any help identifying this and whether it should stay or go! Sorry for the fuzzy picture; I'm not real good with the camera.

I believe it is Kale. I planted kale seeds over a month ago. THey never came up and I forgot I had planted them, so I put in eggplants. Now I'll transplant the kale to its own bed.

Probably so....My Russian Kale seedlings look very similar to that...
